1、 What is a ternary polymer lithium battery?

1. In fact, ternary polymer lithium batteries, also known as all solid-state lithium-ion batteries, are synthesized and polymerized from lithium-ion polymers through negative electrode materials. Lithium metal materials have the lowest atomic mass and are also a high energy density raw material. A ternary lithium-ion battery is a battery that uses a lithium-ion battery as the positive electrode, a ternary material as the negative electrode, and a lithium salt electrolyte. According to the material structure, it can be divided into nickel cobalt manganese lithium batteries and iron phosphate lithium batteries. In terms of application range, lithium-ion batteries have great advantages in charging and cold resistance for higher working voltages.

2、 How to extend the service life of its ternary lithium battery

1. Regularly charging, if the voltage drops by 10-15% or even lower after a period of use, it is necessary to charge once, which can greatly extend the battery's service life.

2. Be sure to ensure that the battery has a good temperature rise. When used at low temperatures or for a long time, a colloidal film (called a "separator") will form on the surface of the battery. As the temperature increases, the film gradually ruptures and lithium ions under the film will overflow. If not cleaned in a timely manner, it is easy to cause a short circuit.

3. If the battery malfunctions seriously, it must be immediately shut down for maintenance

4. Do not use dry hard objects or other foreign objects to strike or discharge. Lithium ion batteries cannot be used in corrosive media or high temperature hazardous environments.
